The Trial Plan is completely free — no credit card needed. The Core Plan costs $29 per month (or less with annual billing). Yes. Eagle 3D Streaming offers a free Trial Plan that requires no credit card at all. You can sign up, upload your Unreal Engine application, and begin testing browser-based Pixel Streaming immediately. The trial is usage-based and ends when your included minutes or storage are consumed — not after a set number of days.
The Trial Plan includes 60 free lifetime streaming minutes, 1 concurrent stream, 5 GB of storage, access to US and EU regions, up to 1080p resolution, a 25-second load time, and ticket-based support. No credit card is required to get started. It is designed for testing, learning, and validating your Pixel Streaming project before moving to production.
The Trial Plan is usage-based, not time-limited. It does not expire after a set number of days. It ends only when you have used all 60 lifetime streaming minutes or reached the 5 GB storage limit — whichever comes first.
The Core Plan ($29/month) includes 300 streaming minutes per month, up to 10 concurrent streams, up to 250 GB of storage, access to US and EU regions, up to 1080p resolution, a 25-second load time, streaming analytics, project versioning, priority ticket support, and removal of the Eagle 3D watermark from your streaming sessions.
If you use all your allocated minutes, streaming will automatically pause. You can immediately purchase additional minutes from the Control Panel at $0.10 per minute — they become available right away and streaming resumes without waiting for the next billing cycle. Your plan will also renew with a fresh allocation at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Yes. Additional minutes and storage can be purchased at any time from the Control Panel. They become available immediately after purchase and charges are applied at the time of purchase. Your next billing cycle will renew with your updated total unless you revise it before the renewal date.
Yes. Both monthly and yearly billing are available for the Core Plan. Choosing the yearly option unlocks two free months compared to paying month-to-month. You can switch between billing cycles from the Control Panel.
The Enterprise Plan is designed for large-scale, high-volume Pixel Streaming deployments. It includes $0.10/minute streaming, up to 1,000 concurrent streams, up to 1 TB of storage, global region support, up to 4K resolution, load times as fast as 10 seconds, custom support, SSO (Single Sign-On), a Dedicated Secure Environment, customizable deployment, self-hosting options, custom storage configurations, and custom infrastructure integrations. A Dedicated Secure Environment is an Enterprise-only feature that provides isolated infrastructure reserved exclusively for your organization. Unlike shared environments, it offers greater control, enhanced security, improved compliance capabilities, and more predictable performance. It is particularly valuable for enterprises in regulated industries or those managing sensitive applications and data.
Yes. Self-hosting is available exclusively under the Enterprise Plan. It allows organizations to deploy and manage streaming infrastructure within their own environment while still using Eagle 3D Streaming technology. This is useful for companies with strict compliance requirements, internal security policies, or specific data residency needs.
Billing is subscription-based. Plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or yearly depending on your selection. You are charged at the start of each cycle. All billing and plan management is handled directly from the Control Panel.
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the Control Panel. Cancellation takes effect immediately. No refunds are issued for unused time or resources, but you can continue using your remaining allocation until the end of the current cycle. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Streaming analytics are available on the Core Plan and Enterprise Plan. The Trial Plan does not include analytics. Analytics in the Control Panel show per-session data including duration, user location, browser, OS, and visual breakdowns by app, country, and more.
