Eagle 3D Streaming (E3DS) is an R&D company specializing in cloud-based game streaming solutions. Our platform enables 3D applications, including AAA Unreal Engine titles, to be streamed in web browsers across any device—mobiles, computers, VR, AR, XR, smart TVs, and more—without needing high-end CPUs, GPUs, or large amounts of RAM. Our Low Code / No Code methodology helps developers build and deploy scalable Unreal Engine multiplayer games or applications. Our Develop Once, Run Everywhere approach lets these experiences run seamlessly on all devices without platform porting. We are looking for passionate Unreal Engine Software Developers to collaborate with our technical team to develop Unreal Engine games that our web team integrates into cloud-based game streaming solutions. If you are passionate about Unreal Engine problem solving, we will guide you in bridging game development and web-based cloud streaming.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine
- Knowledge of compiling, building, and packaging Unreal projects
- Strong understanding of gameplay coding (Blueprints and/or C++)
- Experience presenting completed Unreal projects
- Proactive self-learning mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Blueprints & C++ for gameplay mechanics and UI systems (mid/senior)
- Experience with multiplayer networking, network replication, and cloud-based game streaming (mid/senior)
- Experience compiling, building, packaging, and hosting games and dedicated servers, or ability to learn quickly
- Experience with REST API communication using the VaRest plugin, or willingness to learn within the first month
- Strong debugging skills using Unreal Engine debugging tools
- Solid organization, time management, and communication skills
- For senior level: 5+ years Unreal Engine experience and 2+ years leading/mentoring teams
- For senior level: expertise in optimization, profiling, real-time rendering, LOD systems, and texture streaming
- Mathematics skills are a plus for entry/mid and required for senior (algebra, trigonometry, quaternions, vector math, linear algebra)
Qualifications
- Entry-Level: Final-year or last-semester students may apply for internship (paid or unpaid based on skills); remote part-time internship also available
- Mid-Level: At least 3 years professional Unreal Engine experience
- Senior-Level: At least 5 years professional Unreal Engine experience plus 2+ years leading teams and managing complex projects
- Prior experience is a plus for entry-level; analytical mindset and eagerness to learn are required
- Understanding of front-end / web UI integration with Unreal Engine is a plus for senior roles
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Unreal Engine-based demo applications for cloud streaming
- Improve game and network performance through profiling and optimization to reduce latency and improve UX for cloud gaming
- Implement best practices to maintain high frame rates and low resource usage
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Unreal Engine, cloud integration, and game streaming
- Refactor and modularize code for better maintainability and scalability
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and cloud teams to integrate Unreal Engine builds with our cloud gaming infrastructure
- Stay up to date with Unreal Engine, cloud gaming advancements, and best practices; research and implement techniques to improve streaming efficiency
